The Institute of the Investigative Committee constantly interacts with state bodies and organizations in its activities. Within the framework of such cooperation, on January 21, 2021, a working meeting was held between the leadership of the departmental educational institution (Yu. F. Kamenetsky, A. A. Sosnovsky, D. A. Kozak and G. V. Suzdaleva) and the National Center for Legislation and Legal Studies of the Republic of Belarus (V. D. Ipatov and V. A. Gaiduchenok). The subject of discussion was the issues of conducting joint events in the field of scientific, educational and rule-making activities, including the preparation of scientific and educational publications, research in resolving topical issues of law enforcement. The participants of the dialogue exchanged views on priority areas and prospects for consolidation, coordinated interaction projects taking into account mutual interests.
The result of the working meeting was the signing of a cooperation agreement, which was signed by the head of the Institute of the Investigative Committee Yu. F. Kamenetsky and the director of the National Center for Legislation and Legal Studies of the Republic of Belarus V. D. Ipatov. The subject of the agreement was the relationship of the parties in the field of research activities, the training of highly qualified scientists, as well as the development of recommendations and proposals on legal support of public relations, the popularization of legal knowledge.
This event became a starting point for improving interaction and joint constructive work on the development of legislative initiatives in the field of pre-trial criminal proceedings.
